By using the Wishly website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from our store. “Wishly”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Wishly online store. “You” refers to anyone using our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours and details may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is due in full when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Production and shipping

Orders take 1 to 2 weeks to produce and 7 to 15 business days to ship, for an estimated total delivery time of around 3 to 4 weeks. A tracking number is provided once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, as explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Wishly name, logo, text and images, belongs to Wishly or its licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

Our website may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

11. Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Wishly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order involved.

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold Wishly harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our website.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
